Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can (16 oz.) french vanilla or vanilla frosting

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Add the mayonnaise and water; mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool on a wire rack. Spread with frosting.
