Beef and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cups water
1 cups Niblets frozen whole kernel corn
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (6.8 oz.) rice and vermicelli mix with remaining Spanish seasonings

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees and coat 2-qt. Casserole with cooking spray. Brown ground beef in large skillet until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients including seasoning packet from rice mix. Bring to a boil; pour into casserole and cover tightly. BAke for 40-45 minutes or until rice is tender.
