| 1 | cups | Niblets frozen whole kernel corn |
| 2 | teaspoons | chili powder |
| 1 | can | (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained |
| 1 | pkg. | (6.8 oz.) rice and vermicelli mix with remaining Spanish seasonings |
Heat oven to 375 degrees and coat 2-qt. Casserole with cooking spray. Brown ground beef in large skillet until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients including seasoning packet from rice mix. Bring to a boil; pour into casserole and cover tightly. BAke for 40-45 minutes or until rice is tender.
