Italian Antipasto Salad

This salad can be prepared with ham or turkey breast

Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) assorted torn salad greens (6 cups packed)
1 cup garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, cut into thin wedges
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin rings or short thin strips
3 oz. sliced deli ham or turkey breast, cut into 1-inch by 1/2-inch strips (2/3 cup)
1 1/2 cups Sargento 6 Cheese Italian Blend
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions:

Arrange salad greens on a large serving platter. Arrange garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, ham and cheese attractively over greens. Drizzle with dressing.

Make Ahead Tip:
Salad may be prepared, covered and chilled up to 8 hours before serving. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
