Sourdough PancakesYield: 4 to 6 servings Ingredients
Directions:Add flour and milk to sourdough starter. Beat until smooth and let stand in a warm place overnight. Reserve 1/2 cup sourdough starter and put back into refrigerator in a covered container to use the next time. To the batter add sugar, salt, baking powder and melted shortening or oil. Beat in eggs.
